Casa de Fortuna is a new luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Faro Park, Playa Blanca. It was completed in the Spring of 2004 and is situated very close to the coast. There is a car parking space to the side of the property. It is ideal for families who are looking for a really relaxing holiday and offers tranquillity that is not readily found in the built-up established tourist resorts such as Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise.
There is a lovely little parade of shops, which is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. There are 2 supermarkets which will provide you with all the day to day essentials, a Chinese restaurant, a bakerie/patisserie, 2 coffee bars, hairdresser and 2 local bars.
There is an 18 hole golf course which opened in July 2008 in Puerto del Carmen and another full course in Costa Teguise. A third golf course is due to be built in Puerto Calero and ultimately, a fourth in Playa Blanca.
